If you change John Smith’s phone number in your phone’s address book, rest assured that when you log into your IXACT Contact real estate CRM system the next day (or whenever), that change will be reflected. You never have to take the time to hook up your phone with the system using wires or cables. Activity Plans

 

One superb feature that we see proving to be tremendously valuable to realtors is the ability to create and assign Activity Plans using our system. Activity Plans are simply a pre-defined series of steps that you would go through to accomplish an end result, whether that end result be closing a home, marketing to a first time buyer, or keeping in touch with those in your sphere of influence.

 

There are 3 types of plans in IXACT Contact: marketing plans, closing plans, and listing plans. You would assign marketing plans to individual contacts and you would assign listing and closing plans to the various listings that you have. We like to think of the marketing plans we’ve created as real estate marketing made easy. These plans will remind you what you need to do when. You can even create drip email plans that send out all the scheduled email communication automatically.

 

Our customers like using Activity Plans because it helps them know what to do when and it ensures that important tasks do not fall through the cracks. You can customize these activity plans or use the pre-built ones that we’ve created. The pre-built plans include professionally written email and letter templates that will help you stand out from the crowd.
