Who or What desides if you buy "that" home

What do you say to the client that tells you that they absolutly LOVE that house BUT...... oh man here is the BUT! BUT we can't buy it because my bed wont fit in the room.  HUH? Sell the bed then and buy one that fits!

bed

You just got done telling me about how great it would be to live in that neighborhood, how beautiful the landscaping was, and how the house had everything you wanted and more and you are letting YOUR BED decide whether you can buy this or not? I know beds can be expensive but is it worth losing the house of your dreams?

I have heard it all before my couch, appliances, pool table, dressers, ect.... won't fit and it is normally an excuse because they don't want to hurt their husband or wife that likes the home or just wasn't "feeling it" on that house. BUT if you really love a house and the bed is your only excuse then you really need to step back and think is it more important than everything else?

Lisa, I once had a buyer veto the home they "Loved" because they would have been in a new water district and would have to give a $350.00 deposit on the water service.  I had no words for these people.  Well, none I could say out loud.
