Yesterday was another crazy day for me in real estate.

I was lucky enough to have my blog featured earlier this week and had 204 comments by the time I called it a day yesterday. I feel bad that I haven't had time to respond to all the comments yet.

My day started at 7:00 when I dropped flyers off at a new listing. Then I was meeting a lender at my office. My golfing buddies had arranged a lunch at noon which I already committed to attending. Then I delivered flyers to another listing. After that I delivered some packing boxes to a client.

In the meantime, I had to prepare a counterproposal for another listing and get it to the seller to sign and then the buyer's agent.

I also set up and inspection and a sewer scope for a buyer for this coming Monday.

In the meantime, an offer on another listing came in. I was not able to present the offer because I was on my way to another listing appointment. By the time we signed up the sellers, put the sign in the ground and took pictures, it was 8:00pm.

I finally got home at 10:00 last night.

I hope today is just as busy with contracts and listings. I think I might need a day off soon!

Will, Our life has been a whirlwind lately. It's so hard to take a break when things are hopping. I really don't want it to stop and I'm afraid if I walk away from my phone for a day, I will miss something. Let's try to plan an afternoon on the golf course next week.
