                                  National Breast Cancer Foundation

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.  Now is the time to spread the word to everyone the importance of mammograms and self breast exams.  And even you men should check yourselves.  I know that probably sounds crazy but a local DJ here in Seattle, Kent Phillips, found he had breast cancer.  Star 101.5 has been hosting bras across Lake Washington for as long as I can remember.  Bras are donated, flown by Leonard the producer over Lake Washington then donated.  It's a wonderful event all to raise awareness of breast cancer.

Please donate bras to our Cancer Fight!

One of my best friends mother is a three time survivor of breast cancer.  Without all the research and technology she would not have survived even once.  But some are still losing the battle.  We all need to give to find the cure to end this disease once and for all!

I love the flying bras! It is important to remember the men. I know Rod Roddy died of breast cancer. My daughter did a video and mentions men and breast cancer. I just did a post on it as well. We are really turning this place pink!

Ashley - Most people don't think about men and breast cancer so I wanted to bring it to the forefront.  The flying bras are great!!!!  Thanks for commenting!
