My perception of properties in New Jersey is that they are all really expensive but these prices seem reasonable.  Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the comment Lori...though prices have taken a hit over the last few years (like everywhere else), price per square foot is still relatively expensive in comparison to the rest of the country...which has everything to do with proximity to beaches, NYC and Philadelphia...The Jersey Shore is within a 3 hour drive for 10's of millions people!
