Need a little rejuvenation? Skip the spa...

Need a little rejuvenation? Skip the spa - head outside and breathe - deeply and appreciatively.

Need a little rejuvenation? Skip the spa...

When was the last time you actually slowed down enough to think about all the little miracles that surround you?

Have you taken a moment lately to hear quiet - as in no ipods, radio or the need for chatter?

Need a little Rejuvenation? Skip the spa...

Can you hear the hum of bees spreading their magic from flower to flower?

Do you try to decipher the message in a songbird’s repetitive chirps.

Does the gurgling water from a nearby fountain soothe and refresh?

Do the tones of the wind chime play you a haunting melody?

Do you notice that the sound of a child at play makes the world smile?

Need a little rejuvenation? Skip the spa - head outside and breathe - deeply and appreciatively.

Your home should offer you a place of relaxation and rejuvenation - is it time for a change? - call me and let's get started - I know Clark County Washington homes.

Bernie - Yes, appreciate ALL that we have and notice the magic in the usual surroundings. It's always there - IF we just take the time.

Ronald - Happy Saturday to you. Thanks for the comment and yes, just "Smell the Roses."  I'm just more of a " notice the wildflowers"  kind of gal...but, it's the same thing.

Hi David - It's so very nice to see your face on my blog this morning. Very happy to have you take the time to read and comment on my post. Glad you liked it...the photo of the wildflowers was taken a few  days ago on a hike. There was so little sunlight filtering through the thick trees and yet, this little flower found enough to grow and bloom.

Debb,

Your blog post is refreshing and cool. The natural greenery is spectacular and I wish I could crawl into the picture and experience the spa like moment that can't compare to one offered for $100 or more an hour. To think all of this is available for free is such a gift that should not be denied.

Joan, yes that's the idea eh? Free and available 24/7. The Pacific Northwest is amazingly beautiful - and so is Colorado. Isn't it great to have so many different forms of beauty and nature?
