I am fortunate to have found out that an authors best friend next to his publisher of course is their printer. I have the good fortune to have used on the "PEARLS SERIES" a printer that can mass produce. Their factory prints things of every nature and is the size of several foot ball fields and has equipment in it valued in excess of tens of millions of dollars
