The forecast for the next 6 days in Albuquerque. NM  is dire.

I Guess it could be it could be worse though.  Roswell, NM will be in triple digits temperature.

Here area 10 tips to survive or beat the temperature:

1.  Keep yourself Hydrated...Drink enough water

2.  Use your sunscreen when you go outside

3.  Wear sunglasses while you're outside in the sun

4.  Limit your exposure to the sun, do not go outside unless it is a necessity.

5.  Do not leave your pets outside unattended

6.  Do not leave your pets unattended in your vehicle

7.  Leave fireworks to the professionals

8.  Now is the time to use your air conditioner in both your home and your vehicle

9.  Bring a cell phone with you in case of emergency

10. Always plan your trips in advance

Yikes, that is hot. However I would take that dry heat over the east coast humidity any day!

Hi Lloyd,

Here in Carlsbad it's been over 100 for over three weeks now. It's been hitting around 103-110 for this time. Next week is seven days of the same.

Yikes. Way too hot.

Clint
