Hi Renee, As I was reading your chart on absorption rate, you are at about 4.5 months through the various ages of the listings and that would indicate that you are in a slight Seller's market. If that is the case, do you see prices heading upward anytime soon? It seems that LV and areas around have been performing rather well statistically at least.
