My little one was helping clean out the garage today, and I was thinking that he might be one of the greatest salesmen ever born. After all, who could say no to that face if he asked, "Would you like to buy this house?"
I'm not sure I could do it. Could you?
What a cutie. Beautiful blue eyes! It took me back to the days when I had my son help me deliver calendars, pulling them behind him in a little red wagon.

During my first year of real estate I had business cards made up for my kids. So when someone asked them their name at a park they would give them a business card. Saying "My name is Nat, my dad is the Realtor over there on the bench, you should go talk to him.. He is a great guy!"
