Below was a gentleman who was offered a position in Rhode Island. I'm not licensed there but we made a few calls ( actually the first was to an Activerain member who helped steer me) and after some time found him a broker with no fee to him and understood his circumstances.

i would highly recommend Don when searching for a real estate agent. even though i didn't work directly with Don, he went above and beyond to find me an agent in Rhode Island to help with my apartment search. Don went as far as having a 20 minute conversation with another agent to make sure that i would get the appropriate assistance and no "run around" with my recent search. if i ever consider looking for property in the Massachusetts area, Don would be my very first choice when it comes to real estate agents. i've known Don for a little over two years and i know that if you give him your requirements, (as far as how many rooms/price range for rent/location) he wont try to to sell you on properties outside of what you want.
