4 Slices Low Sodium Peppered Turkey
28g Fat Free Cheddar
2c Spinach
4 Tbsp Egg Whites
Stone Ground Mustard
Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 tsp Canola oil Mayonnaise
On a griddle place 4 slices turkey & let em fry till they kinda have the consistency of bacon. In a small pan scramble egg whites. Wilt spinach – I move the turkey around & flip it as it shrinks & wilt the spinach on the other side of the griddle. Divide cheese spinach & egg whites evenly between turkey slices & press down with a pancake flipper thing to make crusty brown pan marks. Let these fry awhile. Mustard Sauce – In a small bowl combine mustard & mayonnaise to taste & thin with chicken broth. Plate & serve.
