Sussex Boro, in Sussex County NJ is a great 1st. time buyer area with loads of family activities with open space all around. It is also a great area for investors, from time to time you can find a foreclosure home here and often times find a fixer upper and turn the property for a nice return.

There is a private air strip in the town where many people have their private planes and one or two helicopters.

Most of the town is on city water and sewer, and the ambulance and fire service is volunteer. The State Police handle the crime with the help of the Guardian Angels who walk the streets and report wrong doings.

Nearby hospital is St. Clares of Sussex County a very fine facility.
