Andy, isn't it crazy and what are people thinking when someone gives them this high number for their house and they just get hosed at the end...the realtor just wanted the sign on the lawn!!

Deb, I won't take overpriced listings and that is just me...noone around my area agrees with me...but I rather blog and get business for homes that CAN sell..thanks

Your pricing techniques are what other Realtors should be using. If you get 99% of the asking price, then why would any seller go any where else with any other Realtor?

If I was going to buy or sell in your area, I would use you and your firm as the premier listing agent.

Simply put. You know the area and your job very well. Why not go with the best in the business
