A mad dash to nowhere?

Can you relax? Is there a mad dash to nowhere?

As you move fast to arrive, trying to locate a quite enjoyable place if only you were able to through down the gauntlet & “relax” once you get there!

You can choose your new direction. It is said separate yourself and your mind from all life’s distractions. Three easy tools can be used to start slowing down. Intentionally slow yourself down on a few of your daily routines.

Reaching for anything that is a daily activity, move 10% slower. (Answering your phone, reaching for a pen, etc.)

Try walking about 50% slower than your normal speed

While driving, slow it down (ALWAYS) but especially when late for an event.

Caring expertise...knowledge for you!

Very good advice...as technology has erased time, making it always time, a speedier time, it's so important to become our own "editors".

Last week  when another Realtor showed up 10 minutes early to a meeting I commented on it.  Realtors are late so often here we call it "Realtor time".

"I am always early", he says. "Early  is on time and on time is late!" "Crazy person", I thought.

But wait, he is never in a rush, always arrives early enough to get his bearings and he does not rush out the door without something he needs  because he is late.

Who's the crazy person here?
