Eric~quick question I have heard that North of the fwy in Moreno Valley is preferred do you know why? I don't see anything that would make it preferred. Just curious.....

Hi Gina, Thanks for commenting. North of the freeway has always been preferred since the city's. The main reason being that the better neighborhoods are up there like Sunnymead Ranch which has a $93/Month HOA and Hidden Springs with No HOA. This house is not actually in Sunnymead Ranch or Hidden Springs but it is just south of both of these neighborhoods and is still in a great area.
