Shelton CT Exchange Club Pro Am Golf Tournament

Does playing 18 holes of golf with a professional golfer, lunch, refreshments on the course, evening cocktails, dinner and award reception, and gifts and tournament prizes sound like a fun way to spend a summer day?

Oh….almost forgot the most important part.  It’s for a good cause.

Then mark your calendars for Wednesday, August 31, and register to play golf in the annual Shelton CT Exchange Club Pro Am Golf Tournament at the beautiful Brownson Country Club  professional golf course at 15 Soundview Avenue,  Shelton, CT.

This is the Shelton Exchange Club’s biggest fundraiser of the year.  Exchange Club members are a group of local men and women who work together to make the community better through programs of service in Americanism, Community Service, Youth activities and its national project, the Prevention of Child Abuse.  See Shelton Exchange Club for more information.

The Shelton Exchange Club Pro Am Golf Tournament will begin at 11:00 a.m. on August 31 with registration and lunch.  There will be a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m.  Each foursome will play with a professional golfer for 18 holes.

The format for the tournament is Best Two Balls Gross and Best Two Balls Net.
