I lost my blue tooth... again

By
Home Builder with The Flooring Girl

my catsLike many of you, I drive a lot...try to put the time to good use by talking on the phone & learning from friends.  So, my blue tooth is very important.

...and, of course I lost ANOTHER.  I swear, I lose several of these a year...I should buy stock in motorola or something (oh wait...I might own some already).  Anyway, I go through these things like water - prob. 3-4 per year.

This time, the reason I "lost" it is sort of funny, I guess.  One of my two cats (not sure which one), walked off with it...or batted it around.  I know where it was when I went to sleep, and it wasn't there when I woke up.

I keep asking them which one took it...and more importantly where they put it, but I don't seem to be getting any answers.  they just look up at me w/ these cute eyes and then roll over and purr.  Maybe one of these days I'll find it...and then I'll have a spare for the next time it's lost.  I think I need to build this in a line on my business plan expense - 4 per yr.

I feel your pain, Debbie.  Unfortunately, I don't have cats.  I am on my own on this one.  Good luck in the search.  Check your phone bill to make sure they haven't added a furline!   Sorry, couldn't resis.  I should have!!

The cat in the back in your photo looks like my Knickknack who also has a knack for running off with things.  I have bluetooth integrated with the speakers in my car, so I don't have to worry about losing the earpiece.

I know how you feel Debbie.  I have run at least two of them through the washer and dryer.  I found out that that's not a good thing to do to your bluetooth.

I use mine during the day and charge it in the car.  It does not make it into my house for my dogs to ear.  I figure that why God invented cup holders!

Debbie, it is so frustrating with this happens.  My puppy, Madeline.... oo be o ur little princess.... chewed mine up....   I wanted to be mad at her, but she was so cute..... What are you to do..........when these four-legged pals do something like this?    We just love them and give the "hairy eyeball" to not do this again.... then we pick them up and reassure them everything is okay.

Debbie -- You might want to invest in one of those remote key finders if the remote tag is small enough.  Then again you might find them stockpiled somewhere in your home with the catnip. You're funny. YOu keep asking the cats where it is. I do the same with my dog when I can't find something.

Good evening Debbie,

They look so innocent! I think Barbara is onto the something..remote tag could be the answer to your problem with "miss-placing them".

Donna - You're prob. right, but I can't find it and I can't spend much more time looking.

Mike - that would be funny.  A few times, they've dialed my friends by stepping on the phone.

Lorrie - now that's the smart thing to do.

Navona - I guess they've borrowed it.  I keep looking on the floor and then they come by and start cuddling wondering what I'm doing there.

Jim - LOL that is so funny.

Wallace - Well maybe that's what I should do from now on.

Vickie - Yes, that's exactly how I feel.  So torn w/ emotions and all I can do is hug them.

Barbara - Oooh, now that's a creative idea.  I like that.  That will prob. save me from buying a whole bunch more in the future.

Jane - Yes, they are.  good thinking, but I looked there and didn't see it.

Dorie - I know, you can't be mad at these two cuties. And, they just keep purring.

Joanna - Oh, know that stinks.  That will prob. happen to me one of these days

Ruthmarie - Well, yes, that's an idea.  They do sometimes step on the phone so maybe they are trying to set up appts for me.

Ginny - Ginny - thx.  Yes, if they have me as custoner, then I'll prob. be buying more in the future.

Debbie - LOL at your losing your bluetooth - hubby has lost his fair share of them too and I too have told him to buy a few at a time for when he loses them.  LOL at your kitties too.  Our former kitties used to sleep on our cable box too.

Debbie,

Too funny!  I think you need to invent tracking for blue tooth devises.  I'm sure you're not the only one!

I like the idea of putting it in the budget. Explain that to the accountant as a necessary expense Debbie.  :)
