DAY 28 New construction (BOULDER CITY NV) TUSCANY RETREAT
Just a little less than 30 days from breaking ground and we have all rough electric,plumbing and mechanical complete. The interior Sheetrock has been stocked and the windows have been installed. The exterior is in the process of being "wrapped" This is a three part process that starts with construction paper then sheets of foam are installed over the paper. Then wire mesh will be installed over the paper and foam. After this is complete the stucco will be applied.This new construction home in Tuscany Retreat will be complete in about 30 more days !!
