With the lowest asking price of $133,000.00 and the highest asking price of only $445,000.00. A great town if you love history, rail roads. Close to Picatinny Arsenal for the Military folks. An excellent town to raise kids and also purchase your first home!
Six properties were report as under contract with an average asking price of $331,966.00.
