DAY 29 New construction (BOULDER CITY NV) TUSCANY RETREAT
Tuscany retreat is an enclave of 47 single story homes. perched on the hill side overlooking Lake Mead in Boulder City Nevada. Tuscany retreat affords each homeowner spectacular views of Lake Mead or the surrounding mountains. This particular home under construction is 2840 square feet and has a four car garage and covered boat parking on the side. Today the exterior is almost ready for stucco.

Sheetrock ready to be hung. The next step will be an insulation inspection then the Sheetrock will be hung and the exterior stucco applied. Sheetrock and stucco will be next week.
