A yearly event put on by the Corralitos Padres is their pancake breakfast. This year approximately 5000 pancakes were served in Corralitos. My husband John was on one of the five grills this year and in six hours served about 1000 pancakes. Our son, Joseph was cracking eggs for about 2 1/2 hours and was a good worker. The proceeds from the pancake breakfast benefit the community youth.
