FISHING... WITH... ATTITUDE!!
Who out there is a fishing fanatic? How can you compare fishing to real estate?
Well first off who can forget to mention the long windblown, first cast off the day. In real estate, it in fact is like creating a blog or posting an advertisement in a busy city intersection popping the top water lure making it incredibly enticing to the eye and consumer. It is obviously going to gain some attention and inevitably cause you to either lose some line and work hard to pull it in OR you’re going to immediately land a huge catch. (A Huge Contract) In the end we all are literally “Cyber fishing.” This does not stop here. Think about it. What kind of bait or ad do you think you will throw out on your next cast? Will it be a short sale/sail? Will someone/something immediately strike and take the bait? It is very humorous to me how much you can compare to fishing.
How strong of a line will you throw out?
This aspect of fishing and real estate compared together can only point toward one subject. How hard are you willing to work to get as much revenue possible?

What are you willing to set yourself up with to obtain the greatest outcome? It can only make sense to say, “if you are trying to catch bigger fish (larger contracts), it is only necessary to make use of a stronger, more durable, line of string.” (Market Plan)
I have recently posted a blog entitled, “American Idol Reenactment.” In this particular blog I have laid out exactly what steps are necessary in becoming the Realtor needed, in our time of new age, online marketing. Take a minute of your day and read it and ask yourself if you and your team of Realtors are making an honest and strong effort in branding yourself in positive business tactics.
