"We just want to say thank you but that doesn't seem enough!  What a wonderful experience this has been for us!  From the moment on June 8^th we decided we needed a better place for our family, to signing docs on June 30^th at title, we knew we were working with an incredible team!  We felt they had our best interest at heart.  Our realtor, Paul Aslaber from Keller Williams Realty, was referred to us from a friend at work and was incredibly helpful and always watching out for us.   We knew he was on our side no matter what.  Paul referred us to Nick Barbisan with Ricky Khamis Team at Amerifirst Financial. 

Nick was able to quickly get us preauthorized to go on the one weekend Wes was not on travel, to look at homes.  Paul was patient with our questions and available to drive long distances to show us houses.  Once we decided on the home we put in an offer on June 11^th.  Our offer was accepted June 13^th and Nick put in long hours and was consistently available whenever we needed him for the myriad of things that had to be done to close as soon as possible.   

He was friendly and efficient at letting us know what he needed from us next to proceed.  He helped us through the rough spots that happen and stayed positive and encouraging.  He put in extra work to help us get our down payment check because we didn't own a fax.  He put one hundred percent of himself in our loan and we feel blessed to have found him. Nick addressed any concerns we had and answered honestly all our questions and made us feel more important than the bottom line.  He made sure we were pleased with closing costs and took good care of us. 

We put in an offer on the house we loved on June 11^th.  We signed at title on June 30^th!  It's unheard of how quickly this all came together!  We know it was because of the incredible team we made with Nick and Paul.  Together we overcame obstacles and pushed through to a better place for our family!  We will always be grateful!
