Long Days Pay Off but...

Real Estate Agent

Started out in Hopkinton RI, 8am home inspection, then to Warwick for a showing on a very classy townhouse, into the office for processing multiple offers.  Home for lunch, back to the office to help a client getting her loan application processed, dealing with mulitple offers on a listing.  Squeeze a little bit of prospecting in between, appointment to show lease option at 6:45, picking up a deposit check at 8.  Home by 8:45, meeting contractor to square up past due balance owed.  Whats the point of this ramble?

I'm thinking about what we do this for in the first place.  To provide for our families.  I'm looking forward to one more work day and then working sparingly on Sunday, not at all on Monday and spending time with my family.  I hope all of you are looking forward to the same things and I wish you all a happy fourth of July.

Real Estate CRM & Marketing Made Easy!

Hi Matt - I think that the ultimate goal in real estate sales is to be successful and busy yet have that perfect balance between work life and personal/home life. In my business, I find that the most successful realtors have two things in common. The first is that they are extremely organized and proactive. The second is that they put a premium on relationships and focus heavily on the people they already know or have some sort of relationship with. I think that, in order to be organized, proactive, and a true relationship builder, a contact management system specifically designed for real estate agents is vital to this (and at the core). Of course, the system has to be easy to use because simply paying for a system and never using it or putting any effort into it is of no use.
