Morning view of Arizona

We can look at google earth, we can look at maps, and then there is something different. Not necessarily better, just different. This morning I got this idea that I should take a walk/hike up one of the local little hills. MIght be called a butte - sort of like an upside down ice cream cone sticking out of the desert floor. There used to be a driveway up to the top. Now it's more like a washed out goat path in lots of spots. And it was a beautiful morning. Cool for that time of day, about 100 before it warmed up. Get out of an air conditioned car and it doesn't take long to remember that all ideas are not bright ideas. But when you are already part way up the butte you might as well keep going.
