The Blenheim Homes are available in six floor plans with a wide variety of options to customize the home both inside and out. Pricing for either the resale Pulte homes or the new construction Blenheim Homes range from the high $200’s to the high $500’s. Upon completion the community will have a total of 248 homes.

Amenities at this intimate sized Delaware active adult community are located at the 5,000 square foot community clubhouse. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center with aerobics studio, multi-purpose room for cards, arts or club meetings, billiard table and a library. Outdoors there are lovely nature trails, tennis courts and bocce ball courts plus a relaxing outdoor swimming pool.

While Bay Crossing is a smaller-sized 55+ community, residents here still enjoy an exciting lifestyle with a busy social calendar. There are numerous special events throughout the year, classes and regular meeting of special interest clubs. Some of the popular resident clubs include golf club, bocce ball, walking, movie group, billiards and Mexican dominos.
