Around the Office CBRB Ashburn

It has been long overdue, but it's finally here. The launch of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage- Ashburn/Dulles office blog!! A little over 6 months ago CBRB opened the doors to our new Ashburn/Dulles location. A lot of great stuff has taken place since then.

After taking a few weeks to make our new office feel like home, we kicked things off in style with a Grand Opening party to be remembered. We had a little something for everyone, t-shirts, giveaways, great food, popcorn and a moon bounce for the kids, and 100.3 The Globe was even on hand to keep things rockin'. We had a great time reconnecting with past clients, spoiling our current clients, and meeting future clients.

Since then we've been hard at work separating ourselves from the pack. The market is changing and so are we. We are building a culture to sustain the ups and downs of the RE market. We've been getting back to the basics. If we're not training on the latest topics such as Short Sales and REOs, we're coaching, business planning, or touching base with past clients.

What makes us special is our size. Many offices have 80 or even 100+ agents. We have 25 agents and we are focused on growing with only those that make the cut. You'll never feel like a number here. We take the personal touch of a small office and back it with the power of the best company in real estate.

As the broker leader of the office (Brian Whritenour), I learned something recently that really hit home. Those who talk about having the latest technology, don't have it. Believe in those that show their skills. This blog is step one in practicing what we preach. Until next time. -Brian
