Craig Rutman is Expecting Big Things in the Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex Area This 4th of July Weekend. And I've Broken Out the BIG Phone Just for the Occasion! While most people are enjoying a three day weekend to celebrate the 4th of July, historically I've been very busy on these days.

This year proves to be no different.

Out of town buyers yesterday. Another set of out of town clients today and tomorrow, and on the 4th, even though our showing service will be closed for the day, my phone will be on to field any inquiries and negotiate any offers that may come over the weekend.

I have showings on ALL of my listings over the weekend and two of them are second showings!

So, for the public and Realtors alike, please know that I'm available to you...

Because I'm Expecting Big Things in the Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex Area This 4th of July Weekend. And I've Broken Out the BIG Phone Just for the Occasion!

(All other days, I can be reached on my CraigBerry!)

Craig, the difference between just being and agent and a great agent is the level of service provided.  All that know you, know the high level of service and enthusiasm you bring to the table....hey we'll get to relax in the fall or winter.
