OMGosh - how do you see the market these days

OMGosh,

I must be having a bad day.  No, just tired of fooling myself by listening to the US news.

I am not the know it all, but I truly believe we are seeing a bottoming out of the market in the beach area, South Bay/Redondo Beach of California.

What is your outlook overall.  I think we are pretty much hitting rock bottom, unless the country becomes locked out of itself in the world because of credit value.

In complete denial, I hope they lie their way out of it, because that is what is probably truly happening.

After all, can any of us just pay the interest, and not be getting further in debt every minute, without losing any creditability?

I think not?

I have no idea if we have hit bottom or not. Things change on a daily basis it seems.

As they say "real estate is local" - I know California took a hit that Louisiana did not.  We've had our troubles - but our prices have remained steady - and looking better.  Good luck, California!

Home sales in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area have increased over the past several months and starting see bidding wars again for homes priced under 500K if they are priced right and look good.  Inventory is down significantly and investor buyers and plenty.......we could be at our bottom now!
