I must be having a bad day. No, just tired of fooling myself by listening to the US news.
I am not the know it all, but I truly believe we are seeing a bottoming out of the market in the beach area, South Bay/Redondo Beach of California.
What is your outlook overall. I think we are pretty much hitting rock bottom, unless the country becomes locked out of itself in the world because of credit value.
In complete denial, I hope they lie their way out of it, because that is what is probably truly happening.
After all, can any of us just pay the interest, and not be getting further in debt every minute, without losing any creditability?
I think not?
