# of Bank owned 117
# of Short Sales 296
Only 8% of homes listed in June were owned by the bank and 20% were short sales.
Homes Sold 1477
# of Bank owned 172
# of Short Sales 428
By contrast 12% of the homes sold were bank owned and 29% were short sales.
Townhouse/Condo Activity
Homes Listed 528
# of Bank owned 83
# of Short Sales 166
16% of townhouse/condos listed in June were owned by the bank and 31% were short sales.
Homes Sold 561

By contrast 23% of the townhouses/condos sold were bank owned and 39% were short sales.
