Things to Consider About the Johnson Ranch HOA San Tan Valley AZ
Whether you are considering the purchase of a home in Johnson Ranch, or another community that has an HOA, it is useful to consider the following things:
- what type of HOA-related fees might you be subject to at the closing? (Many HOAs now charge disclosure, transfer and miscellaneous fees that could potentially increase your purchase costs). I write purchase contracts for my clients that are designed to minimize these fees -- ask me how.
- how will the monthly or quarterly fees impact your overall cost of ownership? Have you budgeted for this amount?
- how often have the fees been increasing and are there any special assessments that are being considered at this time? also, how well capitalized is the HOA -- do they have adequate cash reserves on hand?
- how restrictive are the HOA rules and regulations and is this community a good fit with your particular lifestyle or intended use of the property?
I would be happy to provide you with a tour of this community. If you are looking for a professional Realtor who has your best interests at heart, and who will work to save you money, please contact me now at 602-327-8475 or visit me online at: www.JustAskEric.com
