One of the things I love about living so close to the country is that within 3 minutes I can be in the country and taking pictures of old homes, old barns and some beautiful scenery with all the farms and each and every crop having its own beauty. Here is an old barn that is slowly being taken over by blackberries, but I can tell you, the wild blackberries are the best, especially in a pie.
Forget the barn, I'd go for the blackberries and lucky you that you're just a hop skip and jump away from those pleasures.
Todd you just gave me an idea! I love riding and taking pictures too. I am with Lora about the blackberries, but I will add in that this reminds me that there's snakes in them there woods!!
Todd,
There's just something about the past that is reflected so well in black and white. Thanks. :)
Steve
Todd - I love barns too! It's as if they transport us to another time, another place. When they are photographed in black and white, it catapaults us there!
Todd, great photo. I've always loved the country, old barns and berry picking too. The black and white works so well for this photograph. Photos like this is an excellent representation of Americana!
Todd, I love that you transformed this picture into black and white. It does give it that old country feel. Happy 4th of July!!!!
HI Todd, I love old rustic stuff like barns, etc...and to capture them in the right frame, priceless, just wanted to wish one of my favorites in the rain a happy belated 4th.
