Below is the Republic MO Real Estate Market Report for June 2011.  It's good to see that the market is on the rise.  The number of homes under contract between $100-200K is a great indication of how this price range is taking off.  Much of this is due to the new construction homes currently being built.

Lina, I think the under 200K market is pretty strong in most areas. Isn't it amazing to see new construction going at that price point?  It certainly is in our region.
