Good bye fly-by-night companies, so long part-time agents, hello clients that value professionalism and service. I'm tired of hearing how bad the real estate market is. The fact is there are still plenty of buyers looking to purchase real estate. Our local Midwestern market never had the skyrocketing real estate boom that the East and West Coast experienced, therefore our prices haven't fallen as dramatically today. Gone are the days of salespeople listing homes in the MLS and fighting over which contract to accept. I agree inventory is not flying off the shelves, but when a home is marketed properly and priced correctly it will sell. This is a market that full-service agents thrive in.

I like your positive attitude Barb. I believe you're right about the value of professionalism and service. There are plenty of buyers out there, we just have to help them find what they are looking for and then help them get it.

Barb,

There's no need to say bye to part time agents. They're out performing you and fulltime agents all throughout Illinois. I currently work part time agents. They're are hard workers. So, when you use "Part time agents", don't use it in a negative way. You come across as being a bit##. All agents part time or full time deserve equal respect. As a client, I wouldn't use your services especially if you have to write such negative comments. I would never use your services! Since you only have a low score on AR, it signifies that you haven't been around for long.. ie you don't know what you're talking about. Get a clue and don't put down others to TRY to make yourself look better. So long Barb!
