I had the pleasure to list this lovely 3 car garage David Weekley home located on a quiet, tree lined cul-de-sac. I visited with the sellers last fall and there was much for them to accomplish to get the home on market. With both sellers working it was hard to schedule the wallpaper removal and painting, the carpet replacement, the deck refinishing and the home de-cluttered. It did take longer than expected but was well worth the wait!
When the last finishing touches of window washing and home cleaning were completed pictures were taken. The listing was entered into the MLS and the listing syndication was set in motion. The individual website was created for the home, a blog was written and published, the home was placed on YouTube and the whole Social Media arena was notified of our new listing! Please make note we make sure our networking is in place with our Realtor colleagues to cover all our bases.
An agent called me a week before we put the house on the market looking for something I might be listing in the near future. She had a cash buyer from CA. They only wanted Canyon Creek but had not found the right home. I told her when we were coming on as well as two other agents in the same situation. She came right over the first day on market to preview. We had an offer in hand the next day! Price was right, cash - no lender involved and closing date matched my sellers.
