• Pending Sales increased 29.0% to 2,585
• Inventory decreased 14.5% to 58,900
For the month of May:
• Median Sales Price increased 0.6% to $269,900
• Days on Market increased 20.0% to 88
• Percent of Original List Price Received decreased 1.9% to 93.1%
