All of us look for postitive signs in Real Estate markets and I have to say that the ball in the 33615 zip is starting starting to roll! The 33615 zip is a probally one of the unique ones to the greater Tampa Bay area. In the last 6 months there has been over 166 properties sold in this zip with at least 50 of them in the 150k and over range. We feel this is a trend gaining momentum from sales that our not of the short sale or bank owned variety (althought I'm sure they are there as well) Because of this you are seeing an area of Tampa that was once overlooked starting to stand up and be accounted for.
