Only four condominiums have sold in the last 12 months at Good Shepherd Hill and I have been involved in 2 of the transactions. I had one listing sell and I brought a buyer to a different unit. Time to celebrate? Of course!
But it's also time to prospect.
I'm sending cards to everyone in the complex to let them know about my success. Doing a bit of bragging. Announcing my success. And letting all of the homeowners know that I make sales happen and asking for the opportunity to work for them.
Posting on facebook. Leting all of my virtual friends know of my success.
How often do we forget to announce our sales? When a sale is closed, remember that one more step. Let everyone know that you can get the job done and ask for more business.
