I am wondering which resources are used by potential Buyers or Sellers for first Contact with a Real Estate Agent/Broker

I am specializing with advertising through the Internet using my web page and Vflyers etc. There are many visits and views of the advertised Real Estate. However, I am not able at this point to see what the ratio is with views and first contact with a real estate professional. Does anyone have any statistics on this subject to share?
