Two coops sold in Country Club Gardens during the 2nd quarter 2011.

One coop was listed for $125,900 and sold for $115,000. It needed a lot of updating.

The other was listed for $179,000 and sold for $175,000. This one was beautifully updated!

There are 5 country club gardens coops under contract. One of them is my listing!

Currently, there are 10 coops for sale at Country Club Gardens in West Babylon. Prices range from $117,500 to $189,000 (2 bedroom). The other 9 are 1 bedroom units.
