I'm not going to get into a long winded explanation, because if you don't understand why I would say such a thing...well
Have you ever helped a Veteran utilize their VA benefit?
if not, why not?

1.45 million reservist
and
22 million total VETERANS
that's quite a target client base for what many feel is
the best financing the country has to offer
we're talking about
no downpayment
no monthly mortgage insurance
the seller can pay closing costs
620 credit score
Personally, I live in Southwest Florida, so here's a release from Congressman Connie Mack, and I quote
