Hi Richie -- and did you wash up in the hot tub???? It's pretty inviting in the evening. The sellers, who are in their new house, asked if they could come down and use the hot tub occasionally, wondering what the protocol is. I told them sure, just wear bathing suits, look happy, and folks would think I staged people to go along with the staged and beautiful house.
Hey Nevin -- sharp eyes you have! Yep, that's a metal sculpture brontosaurus ---he's wearing a lanyard alerting folks that he's heading off to his new home soon. Somehow I think he looks great in that corner!
