Phoenix Housing Market is on the rebound and gaining ground!

Last month I posted a blog "Phoenix Housing market is on the Rebound!"  Please take a look at that article; http://actvra.in/cy2  could it be true that the Phoenix Housing Market is on the rebound and gaining ground. Looking at the recent sales in the Valley and the low monthly supply of homes currently offered for sale it looks like the numbers don't lie and it is true the Phoenix Housing market is on the Rebound. Last month the monthly supply of homes for sale was 3.2 now the monthly inventory has dropped to 2.81.  Take a look at the graph below from the ARMLS. Wow! That is great news for the struggling housing market. This is great news for everyone Buyers and Sellers!  Interest rates and home prices are still very low if you are a Buyer this is the best time to Buy your dream home! For all those Sellers waiting for your home to sell the supply is low, so make sure your home is priced right, spruce up your property, make it look beautiful and your Buyer will come knocking.
