The apt is Completely Redone ..Has Brand New Everything and could be listed in a Magazine for Homes .

What are the chances for such a property to be sold fact and what is the time it should stay on the Market before first Offer?

Thank You for your help.

Christina, your condo looks really nice.  Since I am not that familiar with the Charlotte Hickory Grove condo market, I would have to do an analysis of the comparable properties sold within the last 6 months.  If you are priced near fair market value, you are listed for sale on the MLS with advanced internet marketing, and maintain the property in great condition, you can hope to receive an offer within 4 months.  That is the average list to close period here in Charlotte.  However a competitive price will shorten the time frame considerably.  Buyers are very knowledgeable these days, and in the current economy, will pass on overpriced homes because there is so much inventory to choose from.  Good luck!
