Everyone needs a day of rest, time off to reflect on our blessings, to “chill” from the stress of things that are causing worry and concern.  You may not take a whole day off, you may split it into half or third day increments…but carve out the time you need and stick to your schedule.  You deserve time to enjoy your life!
