Exit Realty Horizons in Las Cruces tops $1,000,000 dollars in bonus payments to agents
Chris, I saw this post and thought it was worthy of re-blogging. So few Realtors really understand the power of EXIT Realty's residual business plan.
Exit Realty Horizons in Las Cruces NM just topped $1,000,000 (not a typo, one million dollars) in bonus payments to our agents. Since 2003 our brokerage right here in little ole Las Cruces has given over one million dollars back to its agents in bonus residuals.
I joined in 2005 and have seen tens of thousands of extra dollars personally as a real estate agent in our office. I know these numbers seem staggering, large and hard to believe but its true. 70 percent splits are the lowest you can go at Exit and 90 is the highest on a split. The great news is that of the 30 percent many brokerages use to fund the lavish lifestyles of the owners, our agents get back 33 percent of that. Wait, are we talking about some percentage of the net, or even crazier, profit? Nope I mean we as agents that help the company grow get a full 10% of the Gross commissions of others in the office that we sponsor in. Not the agents money, but the brokers money. And the broker happily hands it over. You helped us grow, we pay you...
Our office is giving back over $10,000 each month to its agents on top of their either 70% or 90% spits. Its important to know that EXIT Realty pays us on the gross of the commission into the office, not the net. Nationally Exit Realty Corp. has paid out over $200,000,000 in bonus payments to its agents who help the business grow.
