July 2011, Lubbock, TX Market Stats

By
Real Estate Agent with The Diamond Group @ Keller Williams

The Lubbock Tx Market Statistics are out for the moth of June.  Sales are going pretty well for the first half of the year in price ranges under $300,000.  Prices remain soft and sellers pricing their homes to sell and in the top condition are seeing their homes sell in a reasonal amount of time.

The price ranges under $300,000 are selling in under 6 months, again when priced correctly.  After $300,000 homes are moving into an 11 month supply and not getting better as the price goes up.  Bad news for the many beautiful luxury homes!

To guide you through our market in whatever price range you are buying or selling please call the experience and service at The Diamond Group because I care!  806-771-HOME(4663).

The above $300K home is a stretch you are right Elizabeth with those days on market. Probably is best to price those ones as aggressively as possible.

So true Gary, is your market having this experience too?  Or are all price ranges selling about the same?

Elizabeth:  It sounds like your market under $300,000 is going pretty well.  I know that's a pretty active part of the local Fort Worth market as well.  But... the Fort Worth market is such a reasonable market as far as what you can get for quite a bit under the $300K mark.  It's been a long time... probably since perhaps 1994... that I sold a home over that $300,000 mark.

By the way... it just looks like putting that marketing charge in your post is quite a bit of work.  I am guessing that both the buyers and the sellers in your local Lubbock market appreciate it.  Great job !
