Here is the June 2011 Real Estate Market Report for Windsor CO:

Windsor CO Sales

June Property Sales were 55, up 34.1% from 41 in June of 2010 and 34.1% higher than the 41 sales last month. June 2011 sales were at their highest level compared to June of 2010 and 2009. June year-to-date sales of 226 are running 10.2% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 205.

Windsor CO Prices

The Median Sales Price in June was $290,000, down 24.3% from $383,000 in June of 2010 and up 15.1% from $251,901 last month. The Average Sales Price in June was $310,499, down 20.2% from $389,305 in June of 2010 an up 8.6% from $285,983 last month. June 2011 Average Sales Price was at the lowest level compared to June of 2010 and 2009.

Windsor CO Inventory

The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of June was 310, up 2.6% from 302 last month and down 1.6% from 315 in June of last year. June 2011 Inventory was at its lowest level compared with June of 2010 and 2009. The Days On Market (DOM) for June was 102, up 5.2% from 97 days last month and down 7.3% from 110 days in June of last year. The June 2011 DOM was at a mid level compared with June of 2010 and 2009.
