Here is the June 2011 Real Estate Market Report for Wellington CO:

Wellington CO Sales

June Property Sales were 23, down 8.0% from 25 in June of 2010 and 53.3% higher than the 15 sales last month. June 2011 sales were at a mid level compared to June of 2010 and 2009. June year-to-date sales of 79 are running 20.2% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 99.

Wellington CO Prices

The Median Sales Price in June was $182,756, down 8.4% from $199,617 in June of 2010 and down 6.3% from $195,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in June was $190,737, down 22.0% from $244,504 in June of 2010 and down 6.0% from $203,007 last month. June 2011 Average Sales Price was at the lowest level compared to June of 2010 and 2009.

Wellington CO Inventory

The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of June was 89, up 25.4% from 71 last month and down 13.6% from 103 in June of last year. June 2011 Inventory was at its lowest level compared with June of 2010 and 2009. The Days On Market (DOM) for June was 81, up 42.1% from 57 days last month and up 72.3% from 47 days in June of last year. The June 2011 DOM was at a mid level compared with June of 2010and 2009.
